Do I need to book an urgent consultation?
Your account is valid for 365 days from registration. No need to book urgently if not necessary. For short questions, send a message via Zalo or Support Ticket.
Is booking a consultation support session free?
Completely free. However, coach schedules may fill up, so please be patient and book in order. 24K DIET prioritizes SVIP > VIP > PRO accounts registered on the system.
